The Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 at 12.20am tomorrow (July 20). A total of 34 temporary shelters operated by the District Offices will open in advance from 10pm today (July 19) for people in need. Please refer to the annex for details.
