
Hongkong Post announces sale of philatelic products of various postal administrations (with photos)

Hongkong Post announced today (July 18) that selected philatelic products issued by China Post, Macao Post and Telecommunications and the postal administrations of Australia, the Isle of Man, Japan, New Zealand and the United Kingdom will be available for sale from July 22 (Tuesday).
China Post issued a set of four stamps for the "China 2024 Asian International Stamp Exhibition". Integrating the five themes of the exhibition, the stamps showcase different aspects of Shanghai, such as representative artefacts, splendid cultural heritage, the joy of philately, and urban landscape. Macao Post and Telecommunications issued a set of four stamps on the theme of "Centenary of the Death of Dr. Sun Yat Sen". The stamps illustrate four important periods of Dr Sun Yat-sen's life through the changes in his outfits at different times and occasions, combined with representative buildings, fully demonstrating the bearing of Dr Sun Yat-sen in every stage of his great life. Macau Post and Telecommunications also issued a set of two stamps themed "Macau Science Satellite-1" to commemorate the significant achievement of the "Macau Science Satellite-1" as the world's first low-inclination, high-precision Earth magnetic field measurement satellite.
Australia Post released a set of three stamps themed "Native Orchids", showcasing three native orchid species and highlighting the rich diversity of Australia's native flora. Japan Post issued the "2025 Spring Greetings" and "2025 Summer Greetings" stamps, capturing the colours of spring and the vibrant spirit of summer. The Isle of Man Post issued a set of 10 stamps celebrating the life and works of Archibald Knox, one of the island's most influential cultural figures, reflecting the Isle of Man's rich cultural heritage.
The selected philatelic products will be available for sale at the Hongkong Post online shopping mall ShopThruPost (shopthrupost.hongkongpost.hk) starting from 9am on July 22, while stocks last. These products will also be available at the PostShop of the General Post Office, Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office and Sha Tin Central Post Office on the same day. Details of each product, the prices and sales quotas are set out in the Appendix.
