New District Officer for Kowloon City assumes office (with photo)

     Mr Ivanhoe Chang will assume the post of District Officer (Kowloon City) tomorrow (January 25), succeeding Miss Alice Choi.

     Since joining the Administrative Service in 1995, Mr Chang has served in various bureaux and departments, including the Intellectual Property Department, the Information Services Department, the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau.

     He was the Commissioner for Heritage at the Development Bureau before taking up the new post of District Officer (Kowloon City).
