District governance: Empowering seniors via digital literacy

The Government is empowering seniors to master digital technology via the "Smart Silver" Digital Inclusion Programme for Elders, which offers training and technical support with the hope of benefitting over 100 000 elderly citizens.

News.gov.hk spoke to a representative from the Digital Policy Office who explains details of the initiative, while some elderly participants and a service provider share their views on the digital inclusion programme.
