Vegetation fire at Kai Kung Leng in Yuen Long put under control

A vegetation fire broke out at Kai Kung Leng, Yuen Long at 5.31pm yesterday (January 11). The fire was put under control at 10.40am today (January 12). Two fire lines, one with 20 X 20 meters, another with 5 X 5 meters in length, were involved.

Firemen are using fire beaters to fight the blaze. The Government Flying Services has also deployed helicopters for water bombing at the site.
