The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, will depart for Guangzhou tomorrow evening (October 31) to attend the flag presentation and farewell ceremony of China's 41st Antarctic expedition team, to be held the next day.
Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong on November 1.
