Well-being guide boosts positivity

The Housing Bureau and Housing Authority implemented a resident-oriented "Well-being design" guide as a reference for the future design of new public housing estates and the improvement works of existing estates. Various well-being design concepts have already been introduced at some ongoing public housing developments which include Hin Fat Estate and Yip Wong Estate in Tuen Mun.

News.gov.hk spoke with the Housing Department's representatives to learn more about the guide's concepts and unique characteristics.
