Tenders invited for drainage improvement works in Kowloon City

The works mainly include:
- construction of an underground stormwater storage tank and a stormwater pumping station, superstructure and associated electrical and mechanical facilities at Argyle Street Playground in Kowloon City;
- construction of stormwater drains at Olympic Avenue, Kowloon City Road, Ma Tau Kok Road in To Kwa Wan and Baker Street, Lo Lung Hang Street, Bulkeley Street and Dock Street in Hung Hom;
- reprovision and enhancement of Argyle Street Playground; and
- other related works.
The works are scheduled to commence in August 2024 and will take about 57 months to complete.
The DSD has commissioned Binnies Hong Kong Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 43/F, AIA Kowloon Tower, 100 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
