A fire broke out at a building on Jordan Road in Yau Ma Tei at 7.53am today (April 10) and was upgraded to No. 3 alarm at 8.04am. The Fire Services Department is conducting a firefighting operation.
The Department has received multiple requests for assistance. Members of the public who are being affected by the smoke and an unusual odour carried by the wind are advised to close their doors and windows, stay calm, and stay indoors, if possible, to wait for rescue by firefighters. If any emergency encounters, please seek police assistance immediately.
