Missing man in Kwai Chung located

Ling Kim-wah, aged 64, went missing after he was last seen at a care centre on Tai Loong Street on February 22 morning. Staff of the care centre made a report to Police on the same day.
The man was located in a hospital on Princess Margaret Hospital Road this morning (February 24). No suspicious circumstances were detected.
