Tenders invited for site formation and infrastructure works at Tsing Yi Road West

The works mainly include:
- site formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes;
- construction of a footbridge across Tsing Yi Road West and associated lift facilities;
- construction of signalised junction at Tsing Yi Road West near Ching Hong Road; and
- ancillary works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
The works are scheduled to commence in June 2024 and will take about 48 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 3/F, Manulife Place, 348 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
