Taxi Service Commendation Scheme 2023 opens for public nominations

To recognise the quality services provided by taxi drivers and management team, a total of 24 awards will be granted in the scheme this year, including 20 Quality Taxi Drivers awards, one Most Popular Taxi Driver award, two Good Driver, Good Service awards, and one Quality Taxi Service Management Team award. The scheme is now open for nominations all year round.
Members of the public can nominate quality taxi drivers and service management teams, as well as share the Good Driver, Good Service riding experience provided by a taxi driver, via the CTSQ's webpage (www.ctsq.org.hk/voting) by scanning the QR code on the promotion material of the scheme (see Annex). They can also download the nomination form from the TD's website (www.td.gov.hk/en/transport_in_hong_kong/public_transport/taxi/index.html) or the CTSQ's website (www.ctsq.org.hk) and send the completed form to the TD by post or email.
During the voting period, members of the public can learn about the good conduct and performance of the nominated taxi drivers and vote for the awards of Quality Taxi Drivers and Good Driver, Good Service on the CTSQ's webpage. The Quality Taxi Service Management Team award will be evaluated and selected by an assessment panel of the CTSQ. It is expected that the award presentation ceremony will be held in the third quarter of 2024.
