Tenders invited for site formation and infrastructure works at Tin Wah Road, Lau Fau Shan

The works mainly include:
- site formation works of about two hectares at Tin Wah Road, Lau Fau Shan;
- realigning and widening of an existing unnamed road (commonly known as New Sha Kong Wai Road) to single two-lane carriageway;
- widening of a section of Tin Wah Road to dual two-lane carriageway;
- construction of noise barriers on this section of Tin Wah Road; and
- other infrastructure works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping.
The works are scheduled to commence in March 2024 and will take about 46 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned AECOM Asia Company Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 12/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Sha Tin Rural Committee Road, Sha Tin.
