Arrangements of LegCo Committee meetings and public services under adverse weather conditions

As the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 will remain in force to at least tomorrow (October 9) 11am, the arrangements of the Legislative Council (LegCo) Committee meetings and public services in the LegCo Complex tomorrow will be as follows:
- When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the LegCo Committee meetings will not be held; the services of the LegCo Public Complaints Office, the LegCo Library, the LegCo Archives as well as guided tours and education service will be suspended.
- The LegCo Committee meetings and services will be resumed two hours after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled. However, if the above Signal is cancelled at or after 3pm tomorrow, Committee meetings will not be held, and services will be suspended for the whole day.
