Suspicious websites with unauthorised use of HKMA's logo

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) wishes to alert members of the public to suspicious websites with the domain names hxxps://hkcpex[.]pro/cpex/#/ and hxxps://in-pex[.]com, which use the HKMA’s logo without authorisation.
The public should be aware that the websites have no relationship with the HKMA and the companies as referred to in the websites are not regulated by the HKMA.
The HKMA has reported the case involving the above websites to the Hong Kong Police for further investigation. The lists of AIs and the register of SVF licensees (www.hkma.gov.hk/eng/regulatory-resources/registers/) and the list of approved money brokers regulated by the HKMA (www.hkma.gov.hk/media/eng/doc/key-functions/banking-stability/banking-policy-and-supervision/name_list.xls) can be found on the HKMA website.
