Special opening hours of URBTIX outlet at Hong Kong Arts Centre on Mid-Autumn Festival

     A spokesperson for the Leisure and Cultural Services Department today (September 22) announced that the opening hours of the URBTIX outlet at the Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC), located at 2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, will be 10am to 3.30pm on the Mid-Autumn Festival (September 29). Its opening hours will return to normal the following day (September 30).

     The opening hours of other URBTIX outlets and all self-service ticketing kiosks, including the kiosk at the HKAC, will remain normal. Tickets can also be purchased via the website www.urbtix.hk and the mobile ticketing app URBTIX throughout the day, and through the telephone booking hotline 3166 1288 from 10am to 8pm. The ticketing enquiries and customer service hotline 3166 1100 will operate as usual from 10am to 8pm.

     Meanwhile, patrons are reminded that the URBTIX outlet and self-service ticketing kiosk at the HKAC will cease operation from October 1 (Sunday). For details of other outlets and kiosks, please visit www.lcsd.gov.hk/en/ticket.
