Arrangements on postal services

Hongkong Post announced today (September 8) that due to the issuing of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, all post offices will be closed and delivery services will be suspended.

After withdrawal of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the postal services will resume normal in two hours, if weather and conditions permit.
