SJ appeals against refusal of interim injunction relating to a song: publication of relevant documents

The Secretary for Justice appeals against the decision of the Court of First Instance of the High Court dated July 28 refusing to grant an interim injunction for prohibiting four classes of unlawful acts relating to a song.

Pursuant to the Court of Appeal's Order dated August 30, copies of the Notice of Appeal and the said Order have been uploaded today (September 4) to the websites of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Department of Justice and the Hong Kong Police Force. Members of the public may access the following websites or scan the QR code (attached) to download the relevant document:
