FEHD Weekend Bazaar to be held in Tung Chung this weekend

A spokesman for the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) said today (July 14) that the fifth Weekend Bazaar co-organised by the FEHD and local groups will be held this weekend (July 15 and 16) at Tung Chung East Promenade in Islands District. Admission to the Weekend Bazaar is free and members of the public are welcome to join.

The spokesman said, "The Chief Executive announced in his 2022 Policy Address the Weekend Bazaars project to develop more leisure facilities and projects, and add variety to the activities of citizens, thereby fostering diversified local economic activities. The FEHD has earlier joined hands with local groups to organise four Weekend Bazaars which have been warmly received by the public. The last one will be held this weekend in Tung Chung."

Various booths providing games and shopping will be available at the Weekend Bazaar in Tung Chung for members of the public to enjoy the weekend. Details of the event are as follows:

Time: 10am to 6pm
