Three-day programme Summer Vibes to be held at Queen Elizabeth Stadium with free admission (with photos)

     Summer Vibes, a three-day programme presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department from July 7 to 9, will be held at the Arena of Queen Elizabeth Stadium with free admission, offering members of the public a magic show, "The Roving Magician (Hong Kong Edition)", a dance performance, "Rhythm Divine", as well as a music gala, "Youth Band Marathon". "Youth Band Marathon" is also one of the programmes of the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival 2023.
 
     In the programmes, veterans and up-and-comers will share the limelight. Members of the public are welcome to join and enjoy the boundless creativity of young people. Free ticket sign-ups start from June 26 (Monday) 9am at the following link:

     Details of the Summer Vibes programmes are as follows:
  1. The Roving Magician (Hong Kong Edition)
July 7 (Friday), 8pm to 9.30pm
* World-famous master magician Louis Yan will join forces with his younger counterparts Ming Tou, Benny Li and Kelvin Cheung to perform breathtaking illusions and mind-blowing highlights of his previous overseas tours.
 
  1. Rhythm Divine
July 8 (Saturday), 2pm to 5pm
*Professional dance troupes such as the Hong Kong Street Dance Development Alliance, Elytra, AW-Film, A.R.U and Yes Official will team up with young dancers from the community and tertiary institutions in this fizzy mix of hip hop, jazz funk, K-pop, J-pop and more, manifesting the power of youth to the fullest.
 
  1. Youth Band Marathon
July 9 (Sunday), 2pm to 7pm
*Over 20 bands including seasoned local groups such as The Hertz, WHIZZ, Chonotenki, Kowloon K, Prune Deer and RowdyRoadie, will share the stage with bands from community and tertiary institutions in this music gala, running the gamut from a cappella, rock and jazz to Cantopop.
