Update on Kowloon West Cluster missing patient incident

The spokesman for Kowloon West Cluster made the following update announcement today (June 19) regarding a patient leaving the hospital without notification:
A 28-year-old male patient of Kwai Chung Hospital (KCH) who left the the Accident and Emergency Department of Princess Margaret Hospital without notification on June 11 was found on June 17. KCH had informed the patient's family accordingly.
