Missing man in Yau Ma Tei located

Chang Koon-fai, aged 62, went missing after he left an elderly home on Nathan Road on May 19 morning. The staff of the elderly home made a report to Police on the same day.
The man was located at a hospital on Hip Wo Street, Kwun Tong on May 20 night. He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
