Tenders invited for Lift and Pedestrian Walkway System between Pik Wan Road and Lei Yue Mun Road, Yau Tong

The works mainly include:
- construction of two pedestrian walkway systems including three lift towers, three footbridges and a footpath connecting Pik Wan Road, Ko Chiu Road and Lei Yue Mun Road; and
- associated civil works, geotechnical works, electrical and mechanical works, road works, drainage works and landscaping works.
The works are scheduled to commence in the third quarter this year and will take about 39 months to complete.
The CEDD has appointed WSP (Asia) Limited as the consultant to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors can download the tender forms and other particulars from the e-Tendering System.
Tenderers must submit the completed tenders via the e-Tendering System and place the hard copy in the Government Secretariat Tender Box located at the lobby of the Public Entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong.
