HKPF exchanges views with CSRC and SFC on enforcement co-operation (with photo)

     Police spokesman today (Apr 28) said, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) recently held a high-level enforcement co-operation meeting in Hong Kong, during which Chief Enforcement Officer cum Director-General of the Enforcement Bureau of the CSRC, Mr Luo Zifa, and Chief Advisor, Enforcement of SFC, Ms Li Peixia, led their respective delegations to hold an exchange session with the officers of the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF).

     The spokesman added, views were exchanged on the provision of enforcement co-operation according to respective functions and legal framework, and strengthening co-operation in combating cross-border crimes involving listed companies during the exchange session.
