Can you provide more details as to whether Wong was called in for investigations this morning? And whether he was warned against organising a rally on the ground of national security concerns?
Secretary for Security: First of all, for the reasons of the withdrawal, I think probably you have to ask the individual organiser, but I think if someone is unable to ensure the safety of any public order events or to ensure the orderly running of the events, it is a responsible act to withdraw the application. And I understand that the Police will provide further information about this incident later.
