Tenders invited for site formation and infrastructure works near Choi Shun Street, Sheung Shui

The works mainly include:
- site formation;
- construction of a section of carriageway, a lay-by and footpaths for connecting Choi Shun Street and Choi Fat Street;
- road improvement works at Choi Fat Street and Choi Yuen Road;
- construction of a footpath in the northeast of the site and the associated footpath shelter; and
- ancillary works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks, land decontamination and landscaping works.
The works are scheduled to commence in August this year and will take about 30 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned Atkins China Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 13/F, Wharf T&T Centre, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
