******************************************************************************************
Hongkong Post announced today (March 27) that selected philatelic products issued by China Post, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau and the overseas postal administrations of Australia, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United Nations will be available for online sale from March 30 (Thursday).

To celebrate the Year of the Rabbit, China Post issued the "Year of Guimao" special stamps. The first stamp entitled "The Rabbit Sending Blessings" depicts a wise rabbit in blue holding a pen in its right hand and a letter in its left hand, combining the Chinese zodiac with letters and epistolary culture. The second stamp entitled "Endless Cycle for Vitality" depicts three rabbits running head-to-tail endlessly in a circle. Postal administrations around the world also issued zodiac stamps showcasing different representations of rabbits with distinctive features to welcome the Year of the Rabbit, making the stamps highly collectible. Liechtensteinische Post AG issued "Chinese Signs of the Zodiac: Rabbit" depicting a filigree silhouette of a rabbit using laser technology, illustrating the art of traditional paper cutting. "Year of the Rabbit" issued by New Zealand Post was designed in the concept of traditional Chinese New Year pictures (nianhua), the stamps depict rabbit and babies - elements of Chinese folkfore - symbolising long life, happiness and prosperity.

Annual albums released by various postal administrations will also be put on sale concurrently. The stamp albums, comprising a rich collection of special stamps with descriptions and illustrations issued in 2022, are not to be missed by philatelists.

The selected philatelic products will be available for sale at the Hongkong Post online shopping mall ShopThruPost (shopthrupost.hongkongpost.hk) starting from 8am on March 30 while stocks last. Details of each product, the prices and sales quotas are set out in the Appendix.
