​The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (March 21) that the Tsim Sha Tsui East Waterfront Podium Garden, temporarily closed earlier due to repair work of a nearby construction site, has been reopened.

     Meanwhile, the Signal Hill Garden and Middle Road Children's Playground will remain temporarily closed until further notice.
