The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (March 20) that the Hong Kong Flower Show's distribution of flowers to members of the public on the Green Recycling Day has concluded with an overwhelming response. Members of the public are advised not to proceed to Victoria Park for the collection of flowers.
