Lands Department releases tender amounts submitted for site in Tsuen Wan

The Lands Department announced today (March 15) that in respect of the tender for the site Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 427 at Po Fung Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, which was awarded on February 15 to the successful tenderer, Wealthy Guide Limited (parent company: Kerry Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,438,800,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
