Lifeguard services at gazetted beaches in March

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (February 28) the following arrangements for lifeguard services during the period between March 1 and 31:

Deep Water Bay Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Stanley Main Beach, Big Wave Bay Beach, Clear Water Bay Second Beach, Silverstrand Beach, Silver Mine Bay Beach and Golden Beach

Lifeguard services available from 8am to 5pm daily.

The LCSD calls on members of the public to observe water safety while swimming. People should swim at the beaches only when lifeguard services are available. Please do not enter the water when the red flag is hoisted.
