Lek Yuen General Out-patient Clinic resumes service after renovation

The spokesperson for New Territories East Cluster (NTEC) today (February 27) announced that Lek Yuen General Out-patient Clinic will resume service next Monday (March 6) at its original site at G/F, 9 Lek Yuen Street, Shatin upon completion of renovation works. The service hours will remain unchanged (details are appended).
Due to the earlier renovation works, services for patients with chronic illnesses requiring regular follow-up have been temporarily relocated to the first floor of the Sir Yue-kong Pao Cancer Centre & the Lady Pao Children's Cancer Centre at Prince of Wales Hospital, while services for patients with episodic illnesses and service provided during evenings, on Sunday and on public holidays have been temporarily relocated to Yuen Chau Kok General Out-patient Clinic. Following the resumption of clinic services at the original site, the temporary service relocation will cease on the same day (March 6).
Patients with chronic illnesses requiring regular follow-up have been informed and follow-up appointments have been arranged at the original clinic site. Patients with episodic illnesses can make appointments via the Telephone Appointment System (telephone number: 3157 0972) or the HA Go "Book GOPC" mobile application function as usual.
"NTEC has already informed residents in the district of the service arrangement through various channels, including banner outside the renovation clinic and posters in the temporary service relocation clinic. The related district council has also been informed. A reminder message will also be added to the Telephone Appointment System of the Clinic and the HA Go 'Book GOPC' mobile application function to inform residents in the district of the service arrangements as early as possible," the spokesperson added.
