CNGR Advanced Material leverages Hong Kong's international strengths to spearhead its expansion (with photo)

     ​Mainland comprehensive services provider of new energy materials, CNGR Advanced Material Co Ltd (CNGR), officially opened its regional headquarters in Hong Kong today (February 23), leveraging the city's unique advantages in the region to spearhead the company’s global expansion plan.
      
     CNGR is one of the world's leading comprehensive services providers of new energy materials, specialising in the research and development, production and sales of advanced energy materials. The shipments and exports of its ternary precursors and cobalt tetroxide have been ranked first in the world for three consecutive years.
      
     The company commenced full-scale globalisation in 2021, and has since been using the Hong Kong platform to distribute its new energy materials to the world and promote energy materials in a wider application in a bid to contribute to the development of global sustainability, according to its Vice President Mr Zhu Zongyuan.
      
     Mr Zhu said, "Hong Kong is one of the international financial, shipping and trade centres and is an important platform connecting the Mainland and international markets. The city has fully reopened borders with the Mainland, making cross-border economic and trade activities more convenient. CNGR will leverage on the city's advantages in international finance and trade, as well as its strategic location to accelerate the company's global expansion plan."
      
     He added, "Hong Kong has many initiatives favourable for its business environment, international talents, financial policies, and green and low-carbon development. Together with its unique strategic location in the region, we decided to use Hong Kong as an international base to not only provide better services to our customers and partners around the world, but also fully utilise our global resources in order to achieve mutual benefits."
      
     Speaking at the opening ceremony, Invest Hong Kong Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion Dr Jimmy Chiang said, "The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government is very committed to the development of innovation and technology, offering various incentives and forms of policy support to encourage enterprises to conduct research and development activities in Hong Kong. We welcome the opening of CNGR's physical office in Hong Kong that will leverage the city's advantages to expand its overseas coverage. We look forward to working closely with CNGR to promote the development of high-tech industry in the city."
