Tenders invited for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Developments at Chak On Road South and Pak Tin Extension, Sham Shui Po

The works mainly include:
- site formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes;
- road improvement works at Chak On Road South and the junction of Nam Cheong Street and Lung Yuet Road; and
- ancillary works, including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works, etc.
The works are scheduled to commence in June this year and will take about 39 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned Mannings (Asia) Consultants Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 5/F, Winning Commercial Building, 46-48 Hillwood Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
