Tender awarded for site in Tsuen Wan

     The Lands Department announced today (February 15) that the tender for a site, Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 427 at Po Fung Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Wealthy Guide Limited (parent company: Kerry Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,438,800,000.

     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

(1) Brilliant Globe Limited (Sino Land Company Limited);
(2) Leading Wonder Limited (Far East Consortium International Limited);
(3) Pacific Great International Limited (Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited);
(4) Sky Prime Enterprises Limited (CK Asset Holdings Limited);
(5) Stellar Ray Limited (Wheelock Properties Limited);
(6) Strong Associate Limited (K Wah International Holdings Limited);
(7) Sunlight Fortune Limited (Great Eagle Holdings Limited);
(8) Supreme Homes Company Limited (Hong Fok Corporation Limited); and
(9) Well Luck Limited (Grand Ming Group Holdings Limited).

     Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 427 has a site area of about 8 360 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 17 520 sq m and 29 200 sq m respectively. Both exclude the gross floor area of Government Accommodation, being a 30-place supported hostel for mentally handicapped persons to be constructed by the purchaser under the Conditions of Sale.
