Hongkong Post announced today (February 14) that, as updated by the postal administration of New Zealand, due to Cyclone Gabrielle, New Zealand declared a National State of Emergency. Mail delivery services to some areas are suspended and all mail delivery services to New Zealand are subject to delay.
