Hongkong Post announced today (February 14) that, in view of the relaxation of anti-epidemic control measures in the Mainland and improvement in land transportation, surface packet and parcel services to Guangdong Province will resume from tomorrow (February 15), rendering a full resumption of surface mail services to the Mainland.
