Tenders invited for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2)

The works mainly include:
- site formation;
- slope works and construction of retaining structures;
- construction of an at-grade single two-lane carriageway with associated footpaths connecting to the existing Ko Ling Road;
- off-site junction roadworks; and
- ancillary works including drainage works, sewerage works, waterworks and landscaping works.
The works are scheduled to commence in June this year and will take about 40 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned AECOM Asia Company Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 12/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Sha Tin Rural Committee Road, Sha Tin, New Territories.
