Tenders invited for purchase of former government quarters

Four of the properties at Po Shan Mansions, Elm Tree Towers, MacDonnell House and Baguio Villa will be sold with vacant possession, and the remaining one property at Baguio Villa (except one of the car parking spaces to be sold with vacant possession) will be sold with an existing tenancy.
The tender notice was uploaded today (January 5) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 9/F, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, during office hours (9am to 5.45pm from Monday to Friday), and can be downloaded from the Agency's website.
The four properties to be sold with vacant possession will be open for viewing. Parties interested in viewing the four properties should make a prior appointment with the Agency. Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Secretariat Tender Box at the lobby of the public entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, before noon on February 3. Late tenders will not be accepted.
