This press release summarises the decision of the Communications Authority (CA) following its 122nd meeting held in December 2022.
Broadcast complaint
--------------------------
The CA considered a complaint case about the television programme "Late News" broadcast on September 24, 2021, on the Hong Kong International Business Channel of Fantastic Television Limited (Fantastic TV). The CA decided that Fantastic TV should be seriously warned to observe more closely the relevant provisions of the Generic Code of Practice on Television Programme Standards.
