The Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Kevin Yeung, was sadden today (December 18) over the passing of renowned author Cheung-yin, and extended deepest condolences to her family. 

     Mr Yeung said, "Cheung-yin had devoted her whole life to the creation of literary works, to the teaching of younger generations, as well as cultivating talents. She was one of the important authors in Hong Kong with outstanding achievements. Her works were artistic and literary, valued to be exemplary. Her passing was a loss to the Hong Kong's literary sector, and we will fondly remember her."
