The National Flag and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Regional Flag displayed at main government premises, Legislative Council, and Judiciary will be flown at half staff from tomorrow (December 1) as a token of mourning by the HKSAR for the late Former President of the People's Republic of China, Mr Jiang Zemin.
