Temporary closure of some facilities of Yuen Chau Kok Sports Centre

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (November 29) that since the Yuen Chau Kok Sports Centre in Sha Tin District has been designated as reserve central counting station for the 2022 Legislative Council Election Committee constituency by-election by the Registration and Electoral Office, the following facilities of the Yuen Chau Kok Sports Centre will be temporarily closed:

(1) The multi-purpose arena and multi-purpose activity room No. 1 will be closed from December 1 to 20; and

(2) All facilities (including the Leisure Link booking counter) will be closed on December 17 (starting from 3pm) and 18 (whole day).

During the closure period, members of the public may use similar facilities at Che Kung Temple Sports Centre, Hin Keng Sports Centre and Heng On Sports Centre in the same district.
