Kowloon Hospital appeals to public for missing patient

The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:

    The spokesperson for Kowloon Hospital (KH) made the following appeal today (November 26) regarding a patient who left the hospital without notification:

     A 52-year-old male inpatient left a rehabilitation ward of KH without notification last night (November 25) at around 11.02pm. Hospital security guards were mobilised to search within the hospital compound but were unable to locate the patient. The hospital contacted his relatives and reported to the police for assistance last night.

     The patient is about 1.69 metres tall and of thin build. He has black hair. He wore a patient shirt and trousers with a light blue cotton jacket when leaving the hospital.

     The hospital appeals to the public to contact the police or call 3129 7111 if they know the whereabouts of the patient. The hospital will fully co-operate with the police to locate the patient.
