     Following is the transcript of remarks by the Secretary for Justice, Mr Paul Lam, SC, at a media session after attending the Ante Chamber exchange session this morning (November 23):

Reporter: ... go to the CFA (Court of Final Appeal) directly to appeal against Jimmy Lai's hiring of Tim Owen. So what do you make of that?

Secretary for Justice: Well, I think it is inappropriate for me to comment on ongoing legal proceedings.
