One more man in connection with murder and wounding case in Tsim Sha Tsui arrested

     Police arrested a 35-year-old man in Kowloon City today (November 16). He was in suspected connection with a murder and wounding case in Tsim Sha Tsui on October 6, 2020 in which a 36-year-old man died.

     The arrested man is now being detained.

     Concerning the aforementioned case, Police arrested 11 men and one woman, aged 23 to 54, between October, 2020 and November, 2021. Among them, seven men, aged 23 to 42, were each charged with one count of murder, one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of wounding. The case will be mentioned again at Eastern Magistrates' Courts on January 30, 2023. The other four men and one woman, aged 27 to 54, have been released unconditionally upon investigation.

     Active investigation by the Regional Crime Unit of Kowloon West is underway.
