FS to attend G20 Leaders' Summit in Bali, Indonesia

     The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan, will depart for Bali, Indonesia, in the afternoon tomorrow (November 13) to attend the Group of Twenty (G20) Leaders' Summit, which will be held on November 15 and 16, as part of the delegation of the People's Republic of China.

     The Summit provides a platform for leaders of the world's major economies to discuss economic, financial, political and other areas for co-operation.

     Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong in the morning on November 17. During his absence, the Deputy Financial Secretary, Mr Michael Wong, will act as Financial Secretary.
