Commissioner for Census and Statistics tests positive for COVID-19
     The Census and Statistics Department today (November 5) said the Commissioner for Census and Statistics, Mr Leo Yu, has tested positive for COVID-19 through a rapid antigen test. He is undergoing isolation in accordance with the guidelines of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health.
     Mr Yu last worked in office on October 31. He wore masks and followed relevant disease prevention measures at work. He has no recent travel history.
     The Census and Statistics Department will conduct cleaning and disinfection at the office concerned and will continue to implement disease prevention measures vigorously.
