The Lands Department announced today (November 4) that in respect of the tender for the site Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 561 at Castle Peak Road-Tai Lam, Tuen Mun, New Territories, which was awarded on October 5 to the successful tenderer, Great Rainbow Investments Limited (parent company: CK Asset Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $4,601,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:

(2) $2,888,000,000
(3) $1,960,000,000
(4) $1,008,000,000
