The works mainly include site formation works of about 1.4 hectares at Kwok Shui Road, Tsuen Wan.
The works are scheduled to commence in March 2023 and will take about 20 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 3/F, Manulife Place, 348 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
